Here is a simple layout when posting a new topic with your event...

[EXAMPLE]

Time: 8PM Pacific Time(west USA)
Location: Godwars Dungeon
About?: We need a team of at least 3 to battle the might General Graador.
Requirements (if any): You have to be able to withstand a GodWarsDungeon Boss.

[EXAMPLE]

Time: 4PM GMT -4:00, (Hawaii)
Location: Chaos Druids Training Arena(found in the monster teles)
About?: DROP PARTY!!! w00t! FTW! XD
Requirements (if any): None needed...just show up and be able to click the items I drop!

Note* colored text not included...TEEHEE
