VPS Problem

Ok, so, I need help!!!

I recently bought a VPS for the server, a pretty descent one two.
it can hold 50+ players, for now we will have this one...when we get
more popular, then i will upgrade, which means...we will need more money...


So, i got the VPS from frugooscape.net or .org or .com....whatever the hell it is..

I bought it, i got used to it now, the Operating system it is using is: win2k3

So, i went to the actually file management section, and it only allows me to upload one file at a time...

So i zipped the server files into one folder (file) and uploaded it.
I saw it there on the VPS hosting PC and i tried to search for an option to extract it......
THERE WAS NO OPTION TO DO SO....ALSO! the .bat files that run the server are being detected by the VPS as regular notepad(txt) files....So even if i upload the files individually one by one, the runeserver.bat file will not work since it is being detected as a text file....

If anyone can help me resolve this matter, I will give them a PROMOTION! meaning, that if u are mod u will get admin, or if ur admin u will get coowner, or if ur coowner then u will get HEAD OWNER, and if ur head owner...sorry darkova, but ur fucked. XD

I'm thinking that it may be something that it is put onto read-only. You can check this by right clicking the files and going down to properties. Then check if read-only is checked. If it is, then you will want to change it to archive.
