Userbar Shop!!

Hey everyone, these have got pretty popular on other forum sites, so i thought i'd bring them here to EpicRev, alright well basically all you need to tell me is:

Color:(need two colors)
Render:(has to small so choose wisely)
Text:(ill only use one font for these so tell me what you want it to say)
If you want a picture background, then put the link of the picture.
