This is a computer assistance guide.
Ok, first off you need team viewer, you can download that Here
(Using team viewer allows me to easily access what is wrong.)

Secondly, if I am online PM me in-game or on forums your "Connection ID/PASS".


After that is done I will remotely assess your computer to fix the problem.

After that, hopefully I will find the error and[if it is fixable] get it fixed so you can get back ingame and start playing!
