Technical suppot application

Although I am not experienced in this I wish to try to join it.
As many of you know I am a donator ingame and as some of you know ive been with this server since santascape. When epic was hoster.
The only experience i will have is I go to a vocational school. Im a freshman and my trade is going to be IT (information technology).
I hope this ethier allows me to be a part of this or in the future it will.
